Like Belk is going to have 4-5 people working at these registers, thats a joke.
Seriously,....smh.
They'd actually have to hire extra people, its usuallly 3-4 people closing the store.
They're cheap and don't want to spend the money, they could care less if we get robbed at the register, or if there's a jewelry smash and grab, (yeah, they moved fine jewelry in the middle, up near the front doors.

Two women closing a Belk is as dangerous as it can get. GET OUT OF THERE, do anything you have to and find a new job.
We usual have 2-3 women closing, no security, that's when the hit and thefts occur
Try ONLY TWO (2) of us closing the store!!! Ugh!
