Why does Macys keep all the bad apples?

I had a security guard who was a captain would sit and call customer and coworkers the N word in the camera room while blasting rap music with bad words in it . he also runs off into parking lot to catch shop lifters ( pre covid ) calls people you M' efer and N word . Makes fun of shoppers and coworkers. Yet he remains.. same goes for a Manager who was a complete psychopath would harrass everyone and make stuff up to try to get them fired. tried to cover up stuff they accused people of.. Yet Nothing Happens to them.
Ya know why? cause they have to much dirt on the store managers and Ops Manager. Yet macys wants Integrity. Yet the leave out money on registers to see if you take it.. Macys is a P.O.S company.. and no wonder its failing..

Well I would report him .. oh wait.. they protect their own corrupt coworkers.. (na that wont work). Just let him keeping saying stuff till someone hits macys with a lawsuit. then it will cost the company at least 75k.. but they will fight it till the end with their pack of savy lawyers all while protecting the problem in the first place. report it to local labor union as to why Macys allow such behavior to go on without anyone doing anything about it. call local news channels to go undercover.. as for burning stuff.. they prolly got old records that no one should see just to figure out who they are targeting in the store to find a angle to get them fired. Ive seen it a million times. and for the people keeping old posts on here you are also targeting someone as we speak.. Your the problem in the company that has to be let go.. Remember Macys is a cult. and a cabal of insiders that protect each other from all the shady stuff they are doing in and out of Macys.. there is no rules for these people.. they can do what they want and nothing happens to them.. all protected.
Just go work somewhere nice with normal non psychotic coworkers that think they are in the FBI but really are little d-weebs who work in corporates and AP. Take the macys job away from these starwars fans and who are they really.. Nobody with no skills.. but a little boy ego. cheers !

Sounds just like this post a while back...

A fire in AP I saw it as it was in Ap room. Ap manager was burning papers in garbage inside camera room. Very dishonest and shady. Guy should be fired ! I worked Ap. The guy is very Corrupt. How I came across it ?

Simple. Kept being treated like a criminal and started to notice how Ap was acting. Running off curbs , cursing , blasting rap music in camera room , sound more like a wild party in there other than work. Head of security would cover stuff up by burning paper work in garbage of Ap camera room. How do I know ? Cause it smelled like a fire. I also asked him where the smell was coming from and he said oh don’t worry about it it’s OK. That in it self is shady.
