The problems most of us face are just piling up. At least that's my impression. More and more is expected of employees, who are under increasing pressure and stress. And what is being resolved??? As far as I can tell nothing is improving? That is why the atmosphere is getting worse and people are getting more demoralized.

Our tl is way too involved in gossip and regional will not promote her she has too many problems.
At this point, with the direction that WF seems to be moving, the best you can do is show up, clock in, work your shift, punch out and go home. It’s not worth being outraged about. The powers that be could not care less if you are unhappy. In fact, if you’ve been there for a decent amount of time and are making a decent wage, more than likely they would love for you to quit.
WF is no longer a company with promise if you are looking for a “career”.
If you are looking for a career, this is not the place…. Instead, go to school or learn a skill.
