I don’t know if there’s any person at Macy’s that hasn’t experienced schedule being changed behind their back. Ever since I’ve been working here, it’s been happening all the time. I barely managed to be polite that day with customers because I was angry and frustrated to the max because they had changed my schedule again. They ruined my plans for all the other important private things that day. >>>>>What interests me is are they doing it on purpose or are they really so incompetent that they don’t even know how to make a decent schedule?

If Macy's were a computer system, I would call the current scheduling issues "Thrashing".
there trying to unload you and anyone that could cost more than 10-11 dollars a hr. My Jewelry manager who was there for 30 plus years was forced out in Aug. everyone else seems nervous and trolling for other jobs on LinkedIn. its the macys way.. I call it railroading you out because you prolly look tired and worn out and you no longer smile on the floor or you have too much work load and complain so now your a target.. expect the fake customer complaints coming . Shop Integrity where they leave out money or a credit card to see if you take it . and if you bring it down to Ast they still will make a case out of you.. Your manager will pull you off floor and say x.. y and z.. write you up for nonsense.

Yesterday all the managers were in the office sitting around instead of working...there were no holiday treats they ordered take out dinners for themselves from an expensive restaurant. 🤔 How things have changed.
