I am one of the top performing sales VP's in the US and I am making only $10K more in salary than I was making on 2012! It's crazy, they general feedback is..."you are lucky to still have your job...to do raises, we would have to lay more people off!" Guess what? LAY MORE PEOPLE OFF!!! Seriously, myself others will take their chances!! The "C" level has continued to receive HUGE bonuses and we have brought people in at crazy salaries while decreasing benefits ( NO 401K match)...this is a very hard job with high expectations and our HR SLT does nothing to advocate for employees. We can't even get people paid they commissions they are due because of the outsourcing to Guatemala.

I’m Not you pinhead. Just responding to your post. Never said I was perfect. I just tried and realized it was beyond what I or anyone else could do. I left because I felt it was time. I can sleep at nite knowing I did all I could. Some people you can Never make happy. They always have to one up you.
Just attempting to get people away from this catastrophe of a company before they discard you. An honest answer.
Seriously????? If you're that good then what the he-l are you doing working for this cr-p company?
“but we all held out as long as we could to help try to save this company.” Romantic notion but this belongs in the “one boat” pu-e bucket. Puh-lease. If your lotto numbers came in 6 months ago you’d still be trying to save a company he77 bent on self destruction?
Ya all we do is whine. Please. Everyone is an expert now. We are not worthy of anything. I keep forgetting that. Xerox mentality. Gotta love it.
We are all not top notch talent….but we all held out as long as we could to help try to save this company. Lost cause now.
Maybe some of us don’t mind 3 day old egg salad sandwiches. 🥪
But I digress…
Then leave. Top talent should get lots more money elsewhere eh?
If you are in service you would be lucky to get a $2000.00 raise in 9 years.
So why still working at xerox if you’re such a top shelf talent? Sad truth is that mid level management knows that talents(?) are not valued internally or by market in general who view xerox experience is as appetizing as a warm 3 day old egg salad sandwich. The only way they’d be compensated “fairly” would be to make a switch and that’d require confidence that’s non existent. Fact is that at 10k more than 2012 you’re overpaid. Move on or stop whining about your first world problems.
