If you want to vaccinate then wonderful, but don’t convince yourself the only reason we aren’t back to 2019 is because of the unvaccinated. Just look at Israel. Some of us have been conferred a greater degree of immunity by actually having Covid; I would advocate for the vaccinated to try to get sick so they stop spreading the illness around so much.

According to Jacobson v. Massachusetts, the Supreme Court ruled that an individual's freedom does not supercede the freedom of the many to NOT BE infected by a preventable disease if those who are in close proximity do not get vaccinated. Most employers are mandating them before Biden’s announcement. So, yes I would say it’s coming.
It's unconstitutional for Biden to do what he just tried to do . . . . and he knows it. Lawsuits will be filed, and if the Supreme Court has any cajones, it will rule this unconstitutional, just like it did the extension of the eviction moratorium.

I know personally some of the guys who worked for Wood years for us and leave because their benefits and pay are so bad.
No one with any experience applies. If they do they either turn it down or they work for a short time and move on. There was an operator position open for almost a year until it was finally filled. We will see how long he stays.

I don’t think it makes good business sense at all to do that. Our field employees live in the least vaxxed states and many of them likely aren’t vaxxed. I am and know I’m in the minority based on asking around. There are other jobs in the surrounding area with companies that won’t mandate anything and we’ve proven that full time contractors can’t run our field ops
after paying $105k to determine who they could lose and who they couldn’t they just may.
