Instead of really promoting healthy competition, encouraging and motivating people to work harder, some managers here protect and encourage backstabbers. Why? Maybe because they are backstabbers themselves or maybe because their roles go far beyond the competencies they have or maybe because they don’t care about this company as much as they should.
I hope to get a job somewhere else instead of RTO.
