That's right, nothing good happened to me in NS. In various ways, they have shown me that they value neither employees nor their work. Still, I blame myself the most for staying here so long and not leaving earlier.......I am almost sure if I was to ask most people here whether more good or bad things happened to them in this company (?) that the answer would be that it is best to run from here.

That’s hilarious. I remember the one I was in had 60 people for 3 positions.
Ns doesn't have a problem finding workers? He'll they just had a hiring session for 60 jobs and 5 people showed up
The DOT is the biggest problem with NS. Abolish the DOT and NS will be the best place in America to work. The trucking industry has a driver shortage, but NS doesn’t have a problem finding workers. NS just has a problem keeping its workers happy.
Some of us are at the balance part so to speak, new guys run like you life depends on it!!!!!!
