There are people who strive to have the best possible performance until the very last day they are here. Still, most of us don’t think that putting in effort is worth much here, so they don’t even bother. For example, I only give 50 percent of myself and could do much better. I'm not proud of that, but given the conditions in which I'm working even that's too much. I’m sure most people in this company could have much better performance, if only they were in some company that values them more.
