Posted now associates should only be scheduled 1 day off at a time. Hot sheet unlocked managers only section. Ridiculous , they want full timers to quit. 2 months split days off.

How do you get rid of legally protected, and otherwise undesired by corporate groups such as older employees, the disabled, parents etc. without legal repercussions? Lowes scheduling matrix! Bonus points for also forcing out the well paid tenured employees.
I love it when people say unionize and think that will make anything better. Thank you for my 20 cent raise this year .Believe it or not companies still make out better with a union in place than they are now oh and by the way don't forget your union dues .
ASM's can change the schedule if they want, it is not set in stone.
I wonder if corporate and area employees get consecutive days off. Hmmm…..
Don't like it, UNIONIZE. It is the only way you are going to be able to defend yourself from the corporation.
The only reason corporate put this ridiculous scheduling matrix in stores, is to “up the misery factor” on longtime associates to entice them to quit. Whatever else reason could it be? It sure as he-l isn’t to take care of the customers. If that was their main concern, they would be listening to all of the delivery complaints after they went to third party, and all of the install complaints after butchering that program. They obviously don’t care about anything but eliminating payroll and driving up the stock.
I treat every day like it’s an off day I’m just at work getting paid
That is one reason I quit after 9 years , besides only having 1 weekend off every 2 months.
It is the new customer centric scheduling our store has been doing it for over a year it is corporate b* where have you been
Heck, the schedules I have been receiving for the last several months were almost always like that already. Typically the only consecutive days I was given off were when my weekend finally came up. Pro and Receiving were practically the only ones getting consecutive days/weekends off. Some associates have been trying to manipulate the schedule by requesting days off without pay to force the schedule they want. That however does not go over very well with others who have started to complain about schedule unfairness. Any way you slice it, Lowe's is not a compassionate employee focused employer. No small wonder employees are leaving at a record pace.
