What do you think about innovation at Resideo, why is this company not more innovative and what's preventing it from being more innovative?
I would like this company to be much more dynamic in that regard, but it is becoming increasingly clear to me that I will have to look for such a company somewhere else.

We are a innovative company. We are right up there with the likes of napster, Netscape and yahoo search.....
