Is it just me, or does anyone else love watching HR destroy their management with cold hard facts? It seems to me that we are lucky to not be in HR during a PDC, at least there is someone in the room making sure 75% BS isn't happening in our BUs. Who monitors their bad behavior?

Consider yourself lucky if you receive cold hard facts. Wait…what makes you think they’re facts? Not sure I’ve ever heard that term during my 20 year tenure.
There is bad behaviors in every PDC. Don’t fool yourself.
