Has there been a confirmation of layoffs this month or is it still in the rumor stages?

We need to free yo more G&A to build trans friendly bathrooms at all of the field office. So yes more layoffs coming snd more stringent hiring guidelines for people who use trans bathrooms.
I mean, you do work in a declining industry, at a company not known for innovation or change management. So yeah, I guess layoffs are always possible. When? Who knows.
Just always be financially ready for the worst to happen, worrying ahead of time doesn't really make it any easier if it actually happens to you. Last year at this time, I thought they valued me and my job mattered. Little did I know the manager would kick me to the curb. My supervisor was very upset and not privy to the decision.
