Just like it says.

oh they did spend millions on their new campus and it has been empty in ALL locations!!!! They are just trying to figure out all the legal implications that may occur with this pandemic BS. They want everyone back in the office so they don't have time to do laundry and change diapers. As you have seen their big design has been designed again - and who knows how much they spent on the 3-tier BS approach - that was an HR nightmare. Let people go back if they want the "vid" is here to stay

Their plan backfired because so many people were going to leave. I honestly don't think they understood what was happening in the America workforce and how covid changed life forever.

The good old boy network desperately wanted RTO. Now to be competitive they know they have to offer a flex environment. Schwab simply was forced by covid to modernize their thinking and offer better benefits for their employees

RTO won't happen before next summer at the earliest

Not going to happen in January. Would bet money on it. Best estimate - delayed until summer. But by then we will have had baseball and Easter/Memorial/4th holidays.

Honestly, who knows? They didn’t spend millions on that new campus for it to be empty.
