Never get fair treatment, below average salary, false promises, no sense of belonging to an ethical workplace. Everything is tolerable for the short term we are all here for, but the lack of ethics and respect is just ridiculous, feels like a company of criminals whenever some leadership talks to us, they know they are lying themselves and somehow can live with it
For example Modeling center is a disaster, the manager has left, 50% of employees have left, stupid advisors are now supervisors. This company can take any brutal turns at any time. Surface Subsurface and projects, watch out guys, anything can happen to you at any time
Stability is a lie told to you to cover up the low salary, one cycle of assessments and you’ll know the real truth of this company
Expats come, make money, go. There is no visible improvements to employee morale. Everyone is going to leave, just a matter of time. Folks are already not putting in more than their 20-30% capability becuase of toxic Houston culture. Thats enough for the quality of work thats sent to us though. It seems like most people in Houston don’t do any real work anyway, just exploting others all the time.
