How many quality collegial relationships have you managed to build while at Oxy? I don’t know about you but I’m still in touch with most of the colleagues who have left here.

Oxy has never been that kind of company except for the old old legacy Cities Service people.
It’s called Stockholm Syndrome!
It’s sad to look back on how many great people I’ve known who have worked here who have since left, either voluntarily or involuntarily. It feels like such a shell of what it used to be.
I have worked with other few companies. Oxy has a more formal culture in my opinion but it also depends on the individual and the group you work with.
Excuse me, but unless you want to discuss vaccines or WFH, you need to take your post elsewhere. Or at least add something negative about boomers! Good grief, do you live under a rock?
