It's the constant boredom I feel at work lately. Always doing the same thing the same old way. Heaven forbid we try to change something, even if it's for the better. Can't have that! That would mean managers would have to learn something new as well and they're "too busy" for such trivial stuff. Honestly, if I decide to quit, this will be the final straw.

I have boredom also, but I’m also sick of new things that dont add value for anyone other than the person taking credit for the new system.
Try to add value every day. That's sometimes hard to do.
Stating the need for innovation while embracing processes that actively discourage it does wear on you. More so when there is a real success path and the obstacles are entirely internal and pointless.
Agreed OP. The boredom and dissatisfaction is just another thing to add to the list of reasons this place blows. If I were single and didn't have a family to support, I'd have been out of here a long time ago.
I never said layoffs and PIPs are not an issue, I worry about them all the time. All I said is that constant boredom is even worse for me. How is that insensitive or disrespectful?
@OP+1cBHOPcF Layoffs and PIPs are not the worst for you since neither has impacted you personally, eh! Thanks for showing the sensitivity for some of our colleagues those that were forced out via Layoffs and PIPs without fault of their own. Yes, boredom is also not productive but give grace and show sensitivity for others.
