I do not see that 8% PIP was applied to management. Actually know 0 % managers that were PIP’d this cycle.

I know several Managers that should have been PIP’d because they are so stupid that they are dangerous. One manager in particular only achieved that level by being a minority and has caused many employees to quit, caused millions in losses to EM, but his supervisors are phoned prior to ranking sessions and instructed that any mention of bad things, lack of accomplishments, lies caught in, or neglect of work, is forbidden in the ranking meetings and would reflect badly on them. Always phone calls, no emails.

That manager has been protected through threats and intimidation from high up to his supervisors and he is still not fired or PIP’d. The system is broken when such an id--t succeeds.

Simply pathetic. Completely missed the mark on that Town Hall. How about that Q&A? Wow! Is our leadership really that oblivious? What the he-l happened to this organization?

Management and managers do get PIPd. 100% verified. It’s applied across the board you just don’t know about it and are telling yourselves a cynical story instead of getting engaged in your life and either staying or leaving. People on this forum are too unhappy, you need to get ahold of yourselves and get help.

What has Research accomplished in last 20 years - will it be acknowledged by BU?
What has Digital accomplished? Will it be acknowledged by anyone?

They are lying. They are also lying about their whereabouts.

Double down on the Management PIP question.

It is a statistical improbability that none of the 8% NSIs are management. In fact, in a fairly waited system where all jobs in an assessment bucket have the same potential to succeed and fail, 8% of managers should be piped.

I’ve heard management tell me, though my whole career, that managers and individual contributors have equal chance to succeed. Thereby, they also have equal chance to fail…..unless gasp they are lying to us about the construct of the assessment system.

At what point does attrition become concerning enough to change leadership positions responsible for the declining moral?

Why are we getting rid of employees and not hiring to replace them? Why are we only hiring contractors? When will the piping end?

When does L3/L2 management get held to the same PIP / MRLP criteria of 8-10%.

Why have we wasted so much money on WeAreXOM, when the mid level managers are absolutely not interested in actually changing the corporate culture. Complete waste of time, money and resources….do you agree?

Be contented you still have your job. The door is wide open, leave if you have the capabilities to. Accept the fact that most of us CANNOT! Why not make a change?

Holy Sir,
When will our pension be taken away? When will you give us 35% pay reduction?
