What kind of a company has constant layoffs that always leave the worst behind? State Farm. What kind of a company always promotes the worst employees while it gets rid of the best? State Farm. What kind of a loser company outsources jobs knowing the quality of the job done will drop by at least half? State Farm. Saying State Farm is a joke is being generous.

Agree. During Vivify many good smart employees were releases and inexperienced amd not smart brown noses and married folks retained
