The claim that those who do not want to return to the office are lazy and do not like to work is absolutely untrue. I found a much better offer because I don’t want to go back to the office with a negative atmosphere. I’m not the only one, because I know a lot of other hard workers who have made that decision. Perhaps management should finally think about what the corporate culture is like here.

I think the only people clamoring to get back into the office are all the social butterflies who like to waste time standing around at each others' desks, chatting in the break room, or in endless meetings about meetings.
