I don’t remember more people leaving this company ever before. SF seems indifferently decided to surrender all its talented people to the competition. It’s the d-mbest thing any company can do. However, it seems to me that SF does not see departure of talent as a problem at all. I can’t believe they can’t provide the most talented people with better compensation and benefits that might keep some of them here...

Apparently our retention rate is really really low when you look at march onward. Breaking records i hear.
The people who take shortcuts to manipulate metrics rise fast here. Oddly so do id--ts who interview well. Having high quality work, and being the person that fixes others messes seems to bar you from promoting. This is why most great workers I've met haven't stayed very long, with most leaving within the last year. Its condensing the slackers and id--ts as our workforce. It use to be only really the CA level that was condensed mediocrity, but its moving up the chain as these midwits get promoted and the great workers bounce.

They think being robots is talent. As long as they can justify their shady systems integrations and bringing shady vendors o site to implement shady things and make &$ at the top and for this third party integrators they will continue to promote shady groups people. Words are deceiving. All sounds hip and techy amd cool. But look deeper
Tools call people

Too many conflicts of interests to even mention but the heist by they have build through vivify clearly shows the gang mentality amd bullying objectives by leadership and those they promote to leaders.
Intelligent people and employees realize this.
Others just okay along and promote themselves at other expense. That’s what metrics are
Realize it or get out. Mafia game to the top for their own performance measurement check marks. They call themselves “coaches”. Clearly self promoters. Once you are in the circle you will be fine. UnAmerican really.
Sickening but true
They think they can plug &play any claim rep or IA into any claim job. They are learning the hard way and had to let go the IAs who were not cutting it in auto injury. I am ready to bale now. Being penny wise and dollar foolish in staffing complex injury claims with under qualified people is the recipe for failure.
As long as executive thinks their workforce is disposable there is one direction the company will go!
