Either you make customers wear masks, or you drop the employee mask mandate. Can't go both ways. Bring your stupid signs back out, and put the fckg screens back up you id--ts. Reduce the store hours also.

Agreed if it’s that serious we should be controlling customer count and 6 feet. Or another 15 day shut down right. The goal is to stop the spread right?
Unions aren't going to give a rat's a** about the masks...they too will need to conform to CDC guidelines!
Let us decide if we want to wear a mask or not . This mask hysteria just causes division and confusion by sending mixed messages . Lowes policy says your safe while on a ladder no need for mask ? Your safe if you are on power equipment? Loading up mulch outside ? Safe in Break-room ? Is this just a Public Relations move to appease those that want masks ? Well
back to touching our faces 10,000 times a day adjusting our masks.
Time for the Unions to come around and start organizing over these masks and hazard pay. Even the few people who are anti-union in my store said they would sign up to get rid of the masks or make lowes pay out the A$$ for associates to wear them.
Old Marv wants to have his pandemic and eat it too. Wants employees to mask up to protect his precious Pro knuckleheads, yet could care less about his id--t employees. Delta variant running rampant but buddy ain't gonna be paying that extra Hazzard pay, or anything else to protect his employees.
Employees for lowes are walking out all over the country. Only a few per store..I like a good revolt! If customers don't have to wear them what is the point!
“It’s just a mask”——fk you and go live in a bubble. The point is, if “it’s just a mask” then we have way many infected slobs walking in our front doors and getting in our faces, without a mask, than any employee that would be infected. Mask mandate them also or reduce the store hours, put the shields back up, and stack out the freaking toilet paper and Lysol wipes. Also: no morning meetings, specialist meetings etc.
I wish you all would stop crying over this its a mask get over it.
