$2.000 referral for techs level 2-5 plus sign on bonus. Don't do it. Techs are treated unfairly by prod managers with 6 mois. post college. Better options w/ better pay locally.

Yes, until major shakeup in HR leadership, absurdity will continue.
Hourly rates at Target are better than GF tech pay ... go figure.
if they are so desperate .. why dun move that bonus to the hourly rates the techs get ...
to be fair they are offering the $2k "just show up and hope we don't scrap a lot of wafers" shipment bonus for existing QPB-eligible employees
on the other hand, you're not wrong; still lots of complaints about working hard and not being rewarded. I wonder how much clawback there is on the signing bonus -- stay 1 year? Also are they still paying new techs more than existing ones?
Aren't they offering a $2k bonus outside of QPB for technicians? The "just show up and hope someone doesn't sc--w it up" shipment bonus?
