Just looked, 402 openings on the RJ website. I have been looking every Monday since I was laid off. This is the highest its ever been. Anybody wondering why the list seems to stay so high? Maybe Paul can answer.

It's another Monday so here is the number. As of this posting there are 422 open positions at RJ. RJ could have brought back (or attempted to bring back) every laid off employee. Why hasn't Paul directed his team to do this? I think this would be an embarrassment to those that decided to let 550 people go a year ago. I am better off today but I know many of the others laid off are suffering. If Paul had any heart he would be on the phone right now.
I guess RJ keeps growing or/and trying to replace people who has left. Plus looks like they are not interested in re-hiring laid off employees. Several months ago I applied for 2 different positions and got rejected even if I felt I covered most of the requirements. Those positions remained open like for almost 2 months.
421 openings as of this posting. Nobody trusts RJ anymore. I worked for RJ for over 15 years. In the "old" days it was a fun place to work and loyalty meant something. Today it is a paycheck and cover your "behind" place. Good luck Paul in filling all those positions. I'm still waiting for a call...
There are so many openings because all the people that have left RJ over the last 10 years, are working other places, and telling their coworkers “You DO NOT want to work at RJ”. That sentiment has spread throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Just checked they are up to 414 open positions. This is fun watching how badly RJ HR is doing. Paul better get on the phone and get them to start calling all of us laid off. I'm waiting.
Doesn’t help that people are being asked to go back to the office I’m sure
People are leaving for better pay, especially the lower paying operational roles. Better money to be made flipping burgers at McDonalds or mowing lawns.
