Imperial controller's are a top heavy organization with several layers of rossly overpaid, largely idle and underemployed management. I challenge any of these paper warriors to test their market worth and see if they can attract offers even close to what they are paid at Imperial. At least 20% positions need to be eliminated starting with the fictitious functional Controller's position and BAR Manager positions.
