I finally got a new opportunity and I can't wait for this new chapter in my life to start, although it will certainly be unusual for me because I have worked here for a long time. Today I am thinking what would be the best advice for people who are yet to come to Schwab? Since this is no longer the same company I started working in, my advice to all newbies is to adopt as much knowledge as they can in as short a time as possible and not stay here very long.

A number of the responses (here on this site) are id--tic and plain immature eg Director Fury, A1 and etc. Please grow up. Many of the questions and a number of the responses here are honest and heartfelt and coming from folks looking for guidance and understanding. So for the love of God stop.
Cheese and steak sauce??? Where does the cheese reference come from? Streak sauce is A1, meaning the A1 level of the Managing Director that is posting here. Is cheese a reference to the "cheesey" postings and related references? Hello? McFly? Anyone home?
