If I hadn’t come to PepsiCo, I would have thought this company is great, that everything works just fine. If I hadn’t thought so, I would never have left my job at the old company and come here. Despite the fact that it is very easy to get information, I think a lot of people still have a much better opinion of PepsiCo than they would have if they had only worked here for a week.

College Hires and interns are treated like royalty. Long term employees like cr-p.
The outside world has no idea at all what it is like to work at PepsiCo and it is a shame because the college grads are fed such a line of BS !
