Anyone know what will happen if one is madated to return to the office but refuses to wear a mask?

if the situation requires a mask that really does nothing then wfh needs to be 100% full time.

Probably the same things that happen if you elect not to meet any other condition of employment.
It would be the same as if that person broke the rules on other company policies. Fall asleep on the job, come to work drunk, threaten a co-worker with a we---n, ect.
Break the rules..............get fired.
Yes they do control you and they pay you too. Don't like it, find another job.
Why would you? To be a jerk? Selfish? Careless? Ignorant?
Same outcome as if you refuse on airplane-you get to go home early.
I think your co-workers will beat you unconscious.
That's exactly what they want. They want to control every aspect of what you think, how you think, what you do, how you do it, and if you do not fit in to their narrative, they will financially ruin you.
