I've sent out a whole bunch of applications in the last two weeks. I'm tired of my hard work being taken for granted because there aren't that many openings in the industry right now (and that's not even true anymore.) I'm done working too much for too little compensation. We deserve better. I hope to be gone as soon as possible.

Goodluck. Tonnes of opportunities are out there in our industry and others. I am sorry you do not feel validated at work but I hope that changes for you (whether things improve at IOL or you find a new position).
Depends on your field. My experience is there lots of opportunities right now. Suncor, CNRL, Enbridge we’re all hiring. I had interviews and an offer and the best thing about them is they are all Canadian companies not a puppet marionette run by another company.
