People thinking that Final Control especially Fisher make software is what is actually laughable. Been hearing all the turnover in Marshalltown and it's basically dead at this point. I guess that's what you get when you underpay, under-develop, and demotivate people with arcane remote work from home policies. I also heard the utter insanity of management asking what could be improved and the answers they gave. Talk about living in their own bubble and being disconnected from how competent software companies operate.

It’s amazing to see how much value is being destroyed/lost in Final Control. Blame it on markets, but the long term strategy decisions being made are just terrible.

Giving away the service arm to the LBPs, watching the ISV debacle unfold, and the slow death of the individual brand identities is cringeworthy. The thesis that software and connected services will save the day is laughable.

ISV. A pointless acquisition. Be sold within 3 years.

Fishers used to be the place to work in Marshaltown.
