So the Store Manger delegates to the inexperienced ASM’s that now permeate throughout the markets, who rely on the Department Mgrs. who either have no CSA’s to delegate to, or they try to throw it on the shoulders of the Specialists who get pulled in their direction for tasks, and in another direction by the ASM Specialty for sales. Seems to me, that if this company continues to eliminate Specialists, the stores are going to be in bad shape. Let’s see what happens next.

The most useless position in the store: ASM specialty sales. Credit...leads...credit... leads. GFY!
Had a month of phenomenal sales and when they ask how I did it I told him I just sold I didn't pull I didn't do reset I didn't do nothing but sale
There be no more Specialist soon. Just Part timers to do all the work.
Specialists are supposed to sell, not do tasks.
