To the people that come here to bad mouth anyone that is unhappy, anyone that posts a concern or anyone that just need to vent, get over yourselves. If you don’t like any if this why don’t you go start your own your own website titled “Ultimate worshippers of BBBY”. You all can get together and talk about how everything is super wonderful and working at BBBY is like a magical fairy world with white unicorns and purple ponies all day!

I believe there are people who think MT is a magical fairy.
Say you have a friend in a bad relationship. They complain and complain and complain. They are very unhappy yet they dont do anything to change . They dont leave their relationship even though there are a lot of other people they could have a relationship with. Yes it is good for them to vent..but when it is all the time it gets old. It is like they love misery. I have come to the conclusion that many people on this board. And in life live to be miserable

The corporate schools are all over this one trying to keep up the facade of a happy company with no problems.
How do you know why people are here? Why does it bother you when people seem content? Ever hear of a glass being half full,? No business sense? Share your age and education level. I am guessing you are 22 with a high school diploma. And you have not been in the real world too long if you think these problems are exclusive to BBBY.
Worshippers of bbby are only here because they are busy bodies and have no real business sense. Yes these problems are exclusive to bbby. Why don't you all take your sunshine and rainbows and go find another site to spread your praises of bbby. This site is for real people with real concerns. Not dm lackeys.

i haven't seen many posts that say 'bed bath and beyond is the ONLY company where bad things happen'. it's retail, most places suck, that doesn't mean that things don't also suck here
If you don’t want to hear complaints then stay off of here simple as that ,if you love BBB so much good for you , no it’s not the same everywhere and trust me I’m not young . Stop assuming you know what that does it makes an a-s out of you and me .
I highly highly doubt any corporate "shill" is on this board,. I can only speak for myself ..I get frustrated with these endless negative posts. So many if the issues happen in almost any workplace but people post as if it exclusive to BBBY. Guess what? It is not. I too think the majority of these negative posts are written by young employees who have not had much experience in the work world.
Reality is what it is. Your value is dictated by the market. You are worth what someone is willing to hire and pay you. Everyone still at BedBugs&Beyond either has their mom or the City short bus bring them to work. This company is the current Blockbuster.
