Why would anyone care about this company anymore? I'm just interested in how to find a new job and get out of here as soon as possible.
Do you notice that the situation on the job market is better now? How satisfied are you with the offers you've received? I have only received one offer so far and could not accept it for some private reason. I hope to get a better one soon.

Progressive is hiring like crazy right now . Got a call for an interview in auto claims . My buddy says $55k-60k for my experience (5 years at Allstate ) writing estimates plus end of year bonuses.
