TMs not moving to Hubs. MG5 and above only. This rumor has been circulating for a couple years now. LOC employees and associated TMs are not being asked to relocate. First, they won’t and second, the company can’t afford the expertise and productivity loss. Maybe in 5 years different answer, time will tell.
Assigning TM's to HUBs makes perfect sense! They've been riding the gravy train for too long! Kudos to SF for making changes to management! Bout time those six digits get a welcome to reality.
I heard all TM’s that were previously assigned to LOC’s will be assigned to a HUB and will be expected to move next year. I haven’t heard anything about those that report to those TM’s but I know where this is going…
