How much did you manage to learn while at Frontier and expand your skillset? I’ve tried my best because it’s in my best interest to get out of here as soon as possible and get a better opportunity. However, in my opinion, this isn’t a place where you can learn a lot of marketable skills. Moreover, Frontier is increasingly a place where people's skills atrophy.

just work on getting rid of your gag reflex that's all the skills you will need
The company offers tuition assistance in my area. Look into that.
I've been finding IT study resources online. Juniper, Cisco ect. I found a free class for Juniper. You just have to be willing to look.
This bastage of a company would not spend money to train. The few knew anything though they were kings. F FRONTIER.
I learned to be good at my job, better than most. I want to learn more, but that requires my own research, but for over 25 dollars an hour, it's a great job in my part of the country.
