I wish I had already left and that this company is just a distant past. I am in a dilemma whether it would be worth moving for a job that offers only a slightly higher pay. Moving is very complicated in my case, but I'm sick of this company and I want to leave as soon as possible.

Yeah stop whining. I got laid off a year ago and was whining for months. Didn’t get anywhere. Seriously find something else and go. They don’t care about you unless your a dead president. More specifically benjis and grants and above.
