Will they ever take responsibility?

This company is most specific for its leadership, which is almost never willing to take responsibility. Employees are always to blame.
When it doesn't work out - it's the employees' fault and they should be cut.
When it goes well - then it is credit to the leader.
I can't wait to get out of here.

I still dream about work after having been out of the company for a while. Crazy how it consumes your life. So happy to be out of there, which sucks because I loved the brands. Who would ever think this company is so f-Ed up unless you were on the inside.
