When is elimination?
From prior posts, the AP team lead will be over the Customer Hosts, Claims, DSD. They WILL NOT be over the APA’s whom will become API’s (Asset Protection Investigators). The APASM will likely become a Compliance Coach or merge with front end coach and will be over front end and API’s as well as team lead. My prediction, is that a whole lot of AP Team leads are gonna need to be “checked” if they think they’re gonna tell APAs what to do or if they think they can hide in the AP office for extended periods of time.
They will get a raise and a pizza party to celebrate the profits.
It is being eliminated. A new TL is being created that will take over claim sup duties as well as dsd and ap duties. No way to due the job well as the responsibilities are ridiculous. It has already begun in TX. Will be rolling out to the rest of the stores in the next few months. My APM told me to get prepared. I'm in Cali. We are supposed to be the last state to transition due to hazwaste guidelines here being so strict. Good luck to all that will be affected. I plan to take severance and go.
