There are currently 401 job openings on the RJ website. I would like to personally congratulate Paul Reilly on reaching this milestone. Couldn't have done it without his laying off 550 people last September causing a disaster with morale and word in the marketplace that RJ is not a place you want to work. Only way out that I can see for Paul is for him to direct HR to contact every laid off employee and offer them their job back. Good luck with that.

Job openings holding steady at 400. How can RJ function with so many open positions. Just think if they never let go of us what kind of position they would be in. RJ can certainly reach out if they are desperate but I think this is a smoke screen.
Paul and RJ are not going to do anything as long as their stock keeps rising. If RJ has a major system or software issue that gets them in hot water then perhaps they might but highly unlikely.
Paul doesn't want us back. I applied for a job that was originally my job. I even spoke to someone still on my old team to confirm it was that job. They told me it was. I still got the nice polite rejection. They don't want us back. It would make Paul look bad.
