Remember when we used to work 24-7 in that plant in the late 70s. Used to be a great place to work. Everyone back then was keen to work. Management then was great. Can see why it has closed it was built for the North Sea, Russia, Europe and Africa. Not a lot going on in these countries now. Hope someone takes on this building, or it will turn into an eyesore.

One of the most expensive planes to run , at one point it was one of the best, now makes sense to close, over the past 10 years it’s went downhill, run by management only interested in themselves, shop floor used to look out for each other, now only interested in backstabbing , look where that’s got you all, would say good luck to you all but you got what you deserve
