I heard we are bringing in another contract company for training??? Is this really a thing?

Yes, because a lot of supervisors don’t or can’t actually get in the field to train their people, and the people running the show in Corporate wouldn’t know how to actually train….
Whats the objective? Another tool to keep people from getting promoted or raises? Im sure its just to help grow the knowledge of our work staff....just like all of the other ideas OE comes up with
