I quit and joined a smaller firm that offers remote. It's such a nice change from the big old musty bank environment and need for useless office...never felt so energized and refreshed than before.
I did. There is absolutely little benefit if you are experienced to go back. Unless you work in a team that is colocated and need training...I get it. But flexibility should be a new normal.
