At Greengate staff pay increases are not common. And a promotion doesn’t usually mean a pay increase. Which is why people are leaving.

You Greengate factory people are real pieces of work. You do as little as you can except for overtime and complain about everything, Then, you get a raise!
At least you’re helping push the company to be less profitable or is that more loss making meaning faster towards closure, every cloud does have a silver lining
