One of the hardest things I find is remaining motivated when I know my commitment to BBBY is a one way street. I am definitely finding it hard to justify keeping my work pace up when I know that my hard work may one day be rewarded with getting laid off. How is everyone who is still employed able to do it?

Why do people who don’t like complaining always come here to complain about the complaining?
To: my SM was horrible..your reply was totally rude.. Your SM was horrible? With talk like that maybe it was you. Why do people who no longer work at BBBY still come back here and post? Do you stalk your exes ?.
By complaining about people complaining you are doing THE SAME THING! Your comment sounds like a 14 year old wrote it..feel better that you said it?
My SM was horrible that is why I am no longer with the company and to the people that don’t like people complaining then keep your bu-t off here . Who are you to tell anyone to get a new job take BBB and stick it where the sun don’t shine .
How about you get a new job?
For me, the personal satisfaction of knowing I did a job well is enough. My store is not bad right now. We have a good SM that works along side us and helps out. The teamwork is pretty good at my store. We all joke about how the company isn’t going to do anything for us so we have to do it for ourselves.
