I am referring to the thread about OVM position and I absolutely agree with the person who thinks it is questionable whether this position will be around in 2022. My opinion is that it most likely will not, but I am interested in what other positions are questionable to be around in the near future.

The one in our store works so hard they look like they are going to keel over dead any day now. Wouldn't be surprised if it happens. Sad, but not surprised.
The MBA in my store is useless and does nothing.
If you don't know what all the MBA does, you are completely out of touch. Not to even mention what gets dumped on the MBA. If you think sales managers are being their own HR, you are definitely cracked up.
Do we actually need MBA? Each manager Ian their own HR. Store managers and OVM has access to Kronos and ordering system and work order. What else left for MBA to do?

lord and taylor had a center location for check out and look how that turned out
op/vs will be done by left over managers and leads as well as associates .. just like Hr is now gone so will that ops position..
Macy’s needs to change the format of their stores. What about moving some registers and sales associates into a central checkout area?
