I was thinking that even a completely new ELT wouldn't be able to fix the mess the current so-called leaders have created. This place is too far gone and the only way out of this is to leave and not look back. Expecting for things to change at this point is nothing but wishful thinking.

You think cutting expenses and cheap labor are why that building fell? Just read an article about it - it was due to a flawed architecture - mostly a flat pool deck where the water seeped into the concrete below instead of draining properly. So many ppl spout off narratives without a clue of what they are talking about.

Cut expenses and hire cheap labor. Ask the owners of that Miami condo what kind of results that produces. Can't fix stupid.
Producing nothing that helps customers or society for the better. But making the big bucks doing nothing but take credit for others efforts at less

Al soooooo cool. Customers are the ones exploited. Wrong industry to use this with data that will lack toms of integrity. Forget claims. Consumers beware
It's been that way for the past 10 years. When people are so addicted to their Kool Aid and false promises, there's really not much you can do. They will soon learn that those jobs that are NOT service oriented jobs will be making bigger bucks. Sitting behind a computer produces nothing.
