When lowes elementary (university) bubble pop is a priority and ltr's which should be renamed ltnr (likely to not return). Dont take it out on the employees, its these corporate jacka$%e$. Instead of staffing and fixing the damn schedule so employees can have a life, then you know the place has transitioned to garbage. I wouldn't recommend lowes to any customer, go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble and anger of dealing with lowes. Some other company would love your buisiness.

This stuff should be called B.L.O.W.E.S U and C.R.A.P for me. Totally pointless wastes of time. Its a microcosm of what the entire company has become.
The company is being run by executives that have absolutely no concept of what life is like on the front lines. LowesU and AP4ME are only the tip of the iceberg. Last round of changes made to Genesis/Sterling/MyRedVest now makes it where if a customer paid for an order with a LCC and the order (typically an appliance order made in an XDT market) ports from Genesis over to Sterling the store software will not allow you to do a price adjustment once the order has been delivered. Options are now to either contact the XDT to do an adjustment and send the $$$ to a "553" account (and then a manager has to re-contact the customer to process the payout) or do a refund/rebill on the order (which breaks links to existing LPP and/or credit promos). Additional problem with the R/R is that if the order contained SOS items and your front end isn't aware of it then the R/R process reorders the SOS item (unless they first put that refunded SOS item onto the SOS resale list and resell the item off the resale list). Yet another prime example of where corporate takes a process that use to take under a minute and turns it into a laborious process that involves multiple people and/or steps. It is unimaginable that there are people high up in this company that can be this clueless as to the problems they are creating for both the stores AND our customers.
PS. News flash to you corporate pukes, if I am spending half of my day putting out dumpster fires from all your changes, that's 50% less time I have to sell product to our customers. It's a net decrease in my selling efficiency of 50%. Exactly how is that making us money????
Lowe’s management is a joke!
If everybody planning to move on from Lowes would start giving superior customer service and recommending that customers, save themselves the aggravation and go some where else it might speed up the downfall .
