That is the performance prior to layoffs and aggressive PIP. I expect the coming years to be very different. Our vector is up.

Increased value when returning as a contractor that replaces you
I felt discouraged so did a bit of a market test. Talked to some who left. Decided to stay. Everyone needs to do their own math. For some leaving is right for others staying is right. One thing is for sure people should decide. Not healthy to feel like some do on this forum and stay.
Agree OP. Wish I could PIP more than 8% to get rid of these losers with bad attitudes who think they are gods gift to the world. We will do just fine without them. Prove me wrong. Please.
