Coming to America

Anyone seeing BTC engineers show up at the office? Heard there will be some coming as expats to America.

Really good and successful frauds are known in the US as tax write-offs.

Microsoft and Google CEO came to US as qualified students and gain experiences in US and become CEO as US citizen. Both of them higher degree from US.

Don’t compare cheap BTC folks with US employees (doesn’t matter where they came from or their origin). However, BTC could teach some fraudulent activities to EXXON leaders. They are very good at that.

What made you so sure that BTC engineers are inferior to US ones? Can't you see that even Google and Microsoft's CEO are Indians?

What BTC folks will do as expat? Will they teach English or engineering to US employees? Hilarious though. They always copy everything from US. They always want to come here to learn and develop skill.

Feel bad for Exxon. That’s why all smart folks are leaving.

It is called a hierarchy system.
Generally based on testing, performance, intelligence.
Sometimes - when a system is breaking down - one must apply the hierarchy system.
It was not invented in europe. They invented the heir-archy system.
Very different.

Diversity and inclusion, baby. You asked for it and now you got it. Offshore your jobs and now they are the expats not you. The curry is coming home to roost.

That's great, it will balance out the opportunity of BTC engineers with their American counterparts. Kudos!

If/when the COVID crisis ends in India, you will see lots of Indian expats hitting the circuit. Virtually every BTC employee wants to be an expat with many “promised” this during recruitment which by the way is still happening.

The KLTC engineers spend some time in Houston 4 months. In this environment no one is doing here.

These office are meant to be job shops so why waste or money on them. The will leave in 2 years. We literally have no clue!

Yup, they will come, learn your job from you, and then show you the door. Simple as that.
