Everyone seems to be in a funk lately and it’s like the life is being sucked out of you. You can literally see the stress on fellow coworkers faces. It’s definitely not a good time to be here - but we all got bills to pay. Teamwork has been thrown to the wolves with a toxic environment of “not my job” mentality. Has it always been like this? Or is it just at my location?

It's always kind a been that way, but in the past the majority of the employees at least did their own jobs.
It’s gotten much worse in these past couple of years (even before COVID).
It’s always been that way, at least in all the stores that I worked in.
